Your Silicon Valley mortgage advisor

Thanks for stopping by!   You have come to the right place to learn everything you wanted to know about mortgages but were afraid to ask.   To begin, who am I?  The LoanGuide – Casey Fleming – a specialist in mortgages in general and the Silicon Valley mortgage in particular.

I am a mortgage advisor in California, and author of the well-reviewed book The Loan Guide: How to Get the Best Possible Mortgage. (Available on AmazonI am often contacted as a subject-matter expert and have been quoted in Money.com, Yahoo Finance, U.S. News and World Report, Realtor.com, USA Today, Credit.com and Trulia, to name a few.  But really, who cares about that?  Here is what you care about:

Working with me:

(Think of this as your Bill of Rights.)

I will take the time to understand your circumstances, concerns and goals.  You have the right to have a mortgage advisor truly listen to you so that you can get the best possible mortgage for you and your family.

I will shop your loan from dozens of lenders, so that we can find the best fit for what you want to achieve.

We will stay in contact throughout the process so that you always know what is happening and why.  I will return calls within four business hours except for rare occasions.

You can expect full disclosure.  You will see (in writing) what you can expect as far as fees, costs and interest rates.

You are in control of your options.  You will be given everything you need to have to understand and make an informed decision about which loan product or program is best for you, and how the trade off of interest rate and costs works and what combination is in your best interest.

You can expect that if anything does not go according to plan (and that happens) that I will address it right away, correct it, develop at least two different options for dealing with it if possible, and communicate to you what happened as soon as practical.

My Blog

If you want to understand any part of the process before we begin, chances are good that I’ve written about it.  Type your concern in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of this page and it will take you to articles I’ve written about it.

My Book
