What you can expect working with me: (Think of this as your Bill of Rights.)
First, I will take the time to understand your circumstances, concerns and goals. You have the right to have a mortgage advisor truly listen to you so that you can get the best possible mortgage for you and your family.
Second, I will shop several lenders for you, so that we can find the best fit for what you want to achieve.
Third, I will stay in contact with you throughout the process so that you always know what is happening and why. I will return calls within four business hours except for rare occasions.
Fourth, you can expect full disclosure. You will see (in writing) what you can expect as far as fees, costs and interest rates.
Finally, you can expect that if anything does not go according to plan (and that happens) that I will address it right away, correct it, develop at least two different options for dealing with it if necessary, and communicate to you what happened as soon as practical.

A short summary about me:
Casey Fleming has been in the mortgage industry since 1979. He spent the first half of his career as an appraiser, and established and built one of the largest appraisal and consulting firms in the Bay Area. In 1995 he sold his consulting practice to transition into lending.
In the mid 2000’s as the Northern California Regional Manager for a nationwide broker Casey built up a team of over 300 independent loan officers. During this time he produced monthly training and networking meetings throughout northern California, and personally coached and mentored at least 20 top-producing loan agents and branch managers.
In 2008 Casey went back to his roots working with families and individuals to help them make informed, wise decisions around their home mortgage needs. Casey served as the president of the Silicon Valley chapter of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals for two years from 2012 through 2014.
Casey lives in San Jose with his dog, Fozzie Wan Kenobi. When not working with clients, Casey is either out with his dog hiking or at the dog park, or sailing or skiing.
